Cancellation Policy
Please book your preferred facility at least one hour in advance. If your plans change, we kindly ask that you cancel your booking at least one hour before your scheduled time, allowing other guests the opportunity to enjoy the facility. As availability is limited, all bookings are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Before using your booked facility, please check in at the Devarana Fitness Centre. If you have not arrived within 5 minutes of your booked time, your reservation will be considered a no-show, and the facility may be released to other guests or members. For paid facility rentals and activities, cancellations made less than one hour before the scheduled booking, or no-shows, will incur the full booking charge.
