No. For the safety and well-being of our youngest guests, the hotel does not provide, arrange, or facilitate nanny or babysitting services. Families are welcome to arrange childcare independently.
While we are pleased to offer family-friendly facilities such as our Kids Club, private nanny or babysitting services are currently outside the scope of our hotel operations.
At present, our insurance coverage does not clearly extend to private childcare services. When it comes to young children, it is essential that responsibility, liability, and coverage are fully defined, as any uncertainty regarding accountability could create complications.
For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to provide, arrange, or permit babysitting services involving our associates, including outside of their working hours.
Yes. Guests may bring a privately arranged nanny, subject to Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort’s Terms & Conditions for External Service Providers.
Guests must register any privately arranged nanny at the Front Office upon arrival. A valid Thai ID card or passport is required at registration. The nanny will be registered as an in-house guest under the primary guest’s room. The primary guest named on the reservation is fully responsible for the nanny’s conduct, resort access, and any incidental or additional charges incurred during their time at the resort.
Yes. All external nannies must register at the Front Office upon arrival and will be registered as in-house guests under the primary guest’s room. A daily Resort Access Fee applies and will be charged to the primary guest’s account upon registration.
The primary guest under whose name the reservation is made is fully responsible for the nanny’s conduct, access, and any incidental or additional charges incurred.
