Cancellation Policy
Please book your experience at least one day in advance, by 16:00 hrs. You may amend or cancel your booking until 16:00 hrs on the day before your scheduled experience. Unfortunately, walk-in guests cannot be accommodated, even if places appear to be available. Cancellations made after 16:00 hrs on the day before the scheduled experience, or failure to attend, will be treated as a no-show. For paid experiences, the full participation fee is non-refundable and will be charged to your room account.
