Service Description

IMPORTANT: Please visit the Front Office the day before your scheduled class to choose either the Private Cooking Class OR the Curry-Making Class and to select your menu. COOKING CLASS: Choose four dishes you would love to learn from our "Simple Thai" cookbook, then embark on a hands-on culinary journey. Under the guidance of our friendly Thai chef, you will prepare each dish from scratch before sitting down to enjoy your creations. or CURRY MAKING CLASS: Choose two curry pastes from Green, Red, Massaman, Panang, Yellow, or Sour curry. Prepare one curry using a traditional stone mortar and one with a blender to experience both techniques. Then select your preferred ingredient — chicken, beef, pork, seafood, or vegetables before sitting down to enjoy your creations. The remaining curry paste will be carefully packed by our kitchen team for you to take home and enjoy later. For safety reasons, guests aged 11 and under are not permitted in the cooking area. However, they are of course welcome to watch the live cooking and enjoy the prepared dishes. Please book your cooking class at least one (1) day in advance, before 16:00hrs. You may reschedule or cancel your class free of charge until 16:00hrs on the day prior to your scheduled class.
