Please book your experience at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. You may amend or cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the experience begins. Walk-in guests cannot be accommodated, even if places appear to be available. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time, or failure to attend, will be treated as a no-show. For paid experiences, the full participation fee is non-refundable and will be charged to your room account.
