Service Description
IMPORTANT: Please contact the Guest Experience Desk, located in the lobby, at least one day prior to your desired experience to ensure all arrangements are made accordingly. Celebrate life's special moments with a bespoke dining experience by the Andaman Sea. Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, proposal, or simply time together, we'll create memories to treasure. CANCELLATION AND NON-SHOW POLICY The full amount will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show. Please book your cooking class at least one (1) day in advance, before 16:00hrs. You may reschedule or cancel your class free of charge until 16:00hrs on the day prior to your scheduled class.
Cancellation Policy
Please book your experience by 16:00 hrs on the day before your scheduled experience. You may amend or cancel your booking until 16:00 hrs on the day before your experience. Cancellations made after this time, or failure to attend, will be treated as a no-show. For paid experiences, the full participation fee is non-refundable and will be charged to your room account.
