Challenge your balance and core strength with this unique water-based workout. Performed on floating boards in the CocoVida Pool, Aqua Board Flow combines elements of yoga, pilates, and functional training. No experience needed just a sense of fun.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Please book your Wellness & Fitness Experiences at least one (1) hour in advance. If your plans change, you may cancel or reschedule up to one (1) hour before the experience begins. Cancellations made less than one (1) hour before the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show. For paid experiences, the full amount is non-refundable and will be automatically charged to your bill if you cancel less than one (1) hour before your scheduled class. Wellness & Fitness Experiences begin on schedule, and late entry might not be permitted once a experience has started. All experiences that require reservations, each booking applies to only one participant. Walk-ins are not accepted, even if spots appear available.
